Founder & CEO - Tiffany James
Tiffany James leads with care, love, and belonging. She is the founder and Principal Consultant of Justice James Consulting, a global social impact and public relations firm based in Columbia, SC. From health equity, to electoral politics, to transportation equity, to global affairs, to protecting democracy and beyond, Ms. James is committed to advocating for all issues that increase the quality of life to the communities that need it the most.
Since 2003, she has helped to raise awareness and pass several local, statewide, and national issue based referendums in the past two decades. She has worked on presidential, senate, and local candidate campaigns as well. Prior to that, she was the Community and Public Relations Specialist for The Central Midlands Transit Authority in which she managed transportation emergencies, crisis communications, and rapid response during climate disasters.
In 2020, Ms. James spearheaded a community engagement effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 through coalition building, dissemination of information, and community engagement. Her work in community health during the pandemic has led her to create a Community Care Campaign initiative in 2021 to establish mutual aid and care infrastructures to foster interdependence in marginalized communities. Since the beginning of the pandemic, she has been trained in mediation, HIPAA, emergency management, and joined the FEMA’s Local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) in order to train and equip communities for natural and or human-made emergencies.
In her pandemic preparedness efforts, she contributed to the World Health Organization's (WHO) 2030 global pandemic plan. As a founding member of the World Health Network (WHN), she co-authored an article in The Lancet with renowned scientists around the world. She also served as a contributor on a policy working group supporting the objectives of the 2021 U.S. COVID-19 Health Equity Task Force.
Her community engagement is borderless as she was also the Communications Consultant for The International Black Women's Public Policy Institute in Ghana and here at home in the United States. Ms. James was on the The African Union Mission planning committee and she was a speaker for International Women’s Day 2023. She was also a speaker for the United Nations Day of Peace United Nations 2022 General Assembly side event where she spoke on the Model Approach on Transformative Pathway Strategy to Address Women, Peace and Security in Community. This year, she was appointed as the Community Relations and Development Director for the Otubulum Tribe in Accra, Ghana.
Ms. James has been interviewed by BBC, The Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, The Washington Post, NPR, CBS NEWS, The Huffington Post, Greenville News, Good Morning America, Newsone, Voice of America and ETV: Palmetto Perspectives. She received her BA in political science from Clemson University in 2004 and as a lifelong public servant and professional, she served as an Americorps member upon graduation.
She is the recipient of the African American Leadership Institute’s Annetter Rainwater Grassroots Organizer of the Year Award (2025). She was awarded the National Council on Negro Women Community Service Award (2024) as well as the SC Legislative Progressive Caucus Visionary Award (2024). She is a graduate of Leadership Columbia (2014), James E. Clyburn Political Fellowship (2017), and a Regional Finalist for the White House Fellows Program (2022). She is also a recent alum of the International Black Women's Public Policy Institute's Dorothy I. Height Global Leadership Academy (2022) and Skinner Leadership Institute’s MasterSeries of Distinguished Leaders (2023). While at the Skinner Leadership Institute, she was a co-creator of the marketing plan for the U.S. Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys through the Office for Civil Rights and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. She is currently the president of National Action Network of Columbia and serves on several local and international boards.

Founder of GCO Consulting Inc. and the Foundation for Sustainable Community Development Initiative (FSCDI Inc.), with demonstrated leadership in political advisory, fundraising, humanitarian outreach, and international capacity-building initiatives.
Gwamzing Mark Kparmak

Gwamzing Mark Kparmak is a seasoned Fundraising, research and institutional development expert with over a decade of experience supporting research, policy, and funding ecosystems within academic and international development environments. With a strong track record at the University of Jos and across global partnerships, he has led high-impact initiatives spanning public relations, stakeholder engagement, and grant acquisition.
He brings deep expertise in designing and implementing strategic communication frameworks, enhancing institutional visibility, and strengthening relationships with government agencies, donors, and international partners. His work has directly contributed to securing over $10 million in funding from major institutions such as the NIH and World Bank, while ensuring full compliance with global regulatory standards.
Parya Jackson Miri-Gazhi
Vice President Strategy And Operations West-Africa
Parya Jackson Miri-Gazhi is a seasoned executive, management consultant, and operational strategist with over two decades of cross-sector experience spanning telecommunications, mining, marine services, enterprise development, and high-level political operations. He is widely recognized for his ability to design and implement performance-driven systems, build institutional capacity, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder environments with precision and discipline.
Currently serving as Vice President Strategy And Operations West-Africa for justice James and as Executive Director for Compliance and Value Management across ACRC Group and Exusia Power & Gas, Parya provides strategic oversight on organizational efficiency, governance systems, and enterprise-wide performance optimization. His work focuses on strengthening operational frameworks, designing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deploying compliance architectures that enhance accountability, scalability, and long-term value creation.
Parya’s leadership extends into business/social transformation and advisory, where he has successfully established and operationalized consulting structures, including the Process Engineering Solutions unit at ACRC, . In this capacity, he has delivered high-impact solutions in operating model design, process optimization, execution frameworks, and institutional performance management for both internal portfolios and external clients.
In the public and political space, Parya has played strategic roles within national campaign structures, serving as Head of Resilience and Policy & Strategy Analyst in a presidential campaign organization. He led crisis management, risk assessment, and business continuity planning while contributing to policy direction, governance frameworks, and nationwide operational structures such as Project 774—designed to establish coordinated leadership across all local government areas.
His career is distinguished by strong government and stakeholder engagement experience, having served as a liaison between corporations, host communities, and regulatory institutions in sectors such as mining and infrastructure. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to negotiate complex interests, align diverse stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes in highly sensitive environments.
Beyond corporate and political engagements, Parya has contributed to enterprise development and capacity building through training, mentorship, and advisory roles, including training partnerships with NECA and participation in trade and policy round tables. His expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement further reinforces his reputation as a results-driven professional committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Christopher Richardson
Global Diplomacy and Legal Affairs Advisor
Christopher Richardson is an immigration attorney and former U.S. Diplomat. He has a wide range of experience as an immigration attorney in providing strategic corporate immigration counsel to clients ranging from small and medium-sized companies to finance, consulting, accounting, educational services and healthcare services industries. He also works on pro bono immigration cases including asylum for unaccompanied minors and advising non-profit groups and legal clinics on a range of consular-related issues.
Richardson was a Foreign Service officer for 7 years. He served as various roles including Deputy Consular Section Chief, American Citizens Services Chief, Immigrant Visa Chief, and Nonimmigrant Visa Chief with assignments in Nigeria, Nicaragua, Pakistan, and Spain. He won numerous State Department awards including Superior and Meritorious Honor Awards.
Richardson has been featured in Mother Jones, Slate Magazine, Reuters, NPR, Embedded, All Things Considered, SCOTUS Blog, BBC, Georgia Public Radio, Intercept, and the Atlanta Constitution Journal. He has also been interviewed by CNN and CBS. Richardson has written several well-received opinion columns for the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, San Francisco Chronicle, Slate Magazine, Chicago Sun-Times, and the Nation about immigration policy under Presidents Trump and Obama.
Richardson serves on the Board of Directors for Upstate Forever (an environmental group) and Upstate International (both in South Carolina). He has advised U.S. Senators and House members on a wide range of immigration and State Department issues including the Fairness for High Skilled Immigrants Act, the various travel ban, and diversity.
Richardson has also worked at international law firms including Nelson Mullins LLP, Alston and Bird LLP, and Kilpatrick Townsend LLP. He is a graduate of Duke University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Emory University in 2003. He is also the co-author of the Historical Dictionary of the Civil Rights Movement (2014). He currently works as the General Counsel and COO of BDV Solutions, LLC, an immigration consulting firm.
